Our Perspective:
Few names in watchmaking carry the same historical significance as Breguet, and this 1970-1980s 18K white gold Ladies Classique perfectly reflects the brand's philosophy of refined, understated elegance. Measuring a compact 26mm, this is a particularly uncommon example, combining a rare white gold case with a beautifully executed guilloché dial and an increasingly difficult-to-find smaller size.
Equally noteworthy is the original 18K white gold chainmail bracelet manufactured by Roland-Gilbert Gaschen (GRG), one of Switzerland's most respected bracelet makers of the 1970s and 1980s. The combination of Breguet's classical watchmaking and Gaschen's exceptional bracelet craftsmanship makes for an extremely rare and valuable collector's piece. Presented in excellent condition with only minimal signs of wear, it appears to have been sparingly worn throughout its life.
Condition Report:
Case: Excellent vintage condition with light to medium scratches and signs of wear.
Bracelet: Integrated 18K white gold bracelet fits a maximum wrist size of 6.25" and is in excellent condition with light to medium scratches and signs of wear. Clasp shows medium scratches and is signed GRG-Swiss Made-750.
Dial: Original Breguet guilloché dial has minor discoloration throughout. Minimal to no signs of wear on crystal and hands.
