18K Cartier Mini Vendôme 6602 Diamond Bezel Watch

Our Perspective:

The Cartier Mini Vendôme Ref. 6602 is a great example of Cartier doing what it does best: combining watchmaking and jewelry into a piece that's elegant, wearable, and unmistakably Cartier. Measuring 19mm by 5mm thick in 18K yellow gold, it wears more like a bracelet than a traditional watch, while the factory diamond-set bezel adds a subtle amount of sparkle. The highlight is its uncommon integrated "Tic-Tac" bracelet, a design that's rarely seen and gives the watch a distinct look compared to the more common leather strap examples.

This example features a spider dial that developed naturally over time, along with its original factory diamond bezel and rare bracelet. It's a small watch with plenty of character, whether worn as a daily piece or as part of a vintage Cartier collection.

Condition Report:

Case: Watch has been regularly worn with medium scratches and small indentations throughout. Caseback has deep engravings and hallmarks.

Strap/Bracelet: Original Cartier 18K yellow gold bracelet has medium stretch and signs of wear. There is slight bend on the bracelet due to the age and softness of the gold. Original Cartier 18K gold deployant clasp has medium scratches throughout. Fits a maximum wrist size of 6.25" and has 5 removable links.

Dial/Crystal/Hands: Original white lacquer Cartier dial has minor surface cracks/spidering visible under certain lighting/magnification. Sapphire crystal has light scratches.

Movement: Quartz Cartier Caliber 66 sets, runs and keeps accurate time without issues.
