The Cartier Santos Galbée Ref. 887901 hits that perfect balance Cartier does best: full precious metal, interesting case shape and wearability all working together. In full 18K yellow gold, it comes in at just over 113 grams, so you feel it immediately, but the curved Galbée case keeps it tight to the wrist and easy to wear. It’s still slim enough to disappear under a cuff when you want it to. It’s a perfect size that looks good on essentially everyone.

This example leans into its age in the right way. The dial has developed a warm, even patina that softens the look of all that gold and gives it a more worn-in feel. It’s in honest worn-condition, and that’s what makes it. You can dress it up with a suit or throw it on with a T-shirt and jeans and it still works without trying too hard.

Case: Thick case with sharp bevels and engravings. Medium scratches and dents throughout bezel and case.

Strap/Bracelet: Original Cartier screw bracelet is in strong condition with zero stretch and medium scratches and small dings throughout. 18 links total and fits a wrist size of 6.25" or smaller.

Dial/Crystal/Hands: Dial, hands and crystal are clean and in well-preserved condition with little to no visible signs of age.

Movement: Quartz Cartier caliber sets, runs and keeps accurate time without issues.
