If you want your watch to speak for itself, look no further. The Chopard reference 2104-1 makes its presence known immediately with two oversized dials sharing a single case, a bold and almost surreal interpretation of a dual time watch. Rather than hiding the complication like most brands, Chopard leaned into it, giving each time zone its own full display, perfectly balanced across a brushed and mirror-finished dial that plays beautifully with light.
Even more compelling is what’s happening inside. Each time zone is powered by its own Chopard manual winding movement, completely independent from the other, and set via original L.U.C. signed crowns. Undeniably cool, the 2104-1 is the kind of vintage piece that stops conversations before you even explain what it does.
Condition Report:
Good vintage condition. Watch shows signs of previous polishing, but still has a visible hallmark above crown. Watch has been worn regularly with medium to heavy scratches and indentations throughout.
Dial and hands show medium wear/age. The mirror polish portion of the dial has medium scratches and there is medium spotting throughout. There are light scratches on the crystal. Under certain lighting, the dial wear becomes more or less apparent.
Black lizard strap and gold-plated buckle are non-Chopard replacements and show medium wear.
Both original L.U.C. signed crowns wind and set without any issue, but service is recommended for accurate timekeeping.
