Our Perspective:

Introduced in 1965, the Patek Philippe reference 3520 was marketed at the time as the flattest waterproof watch in the world, a remarkable technical achievement for the era. Produced in two major series, our example belongs to the second series, powered by the Geneva-sealed calibre 177. Unlike many 3520s that feature hobnail bezels, this example has a flat bezel and even more rare, a sought after Gübelin double-signed dial. Crafted from 18K yellow gold, this example is in beautiful condition with visible case hallmarks and matching Patek buckle.

Condition Report:

Very Good vintage condition. Watch has been lightly polished in the past, but case is still sharp with original hallmark visible on the case near 5 o'clock lug. Case and buckle shows medium scratches and small dings throughout. Watch has it's original Patek calatrava cross crown and original 18K yellow gold pin buckle signed PP Co. Dial is in incredibly well-preserved condition with a rosy patina throughout and slight damage near the edge of the dial at 3 and 7/8 o'clock and a small mark beneath the logo. Watch comes with a new Beige epsom leather RW strap.
Movement is clean and runs nicely with a 5-position average of -8.3 S/D | 242° AMP | 0.7 MS BE.

Condition Grade: 8/10
