The 1990s produced some of the best Seamasters, and the 2583.80.00 is basically the downsized take on the classic 2561.80. Same wave dial, same deep blue tone, same Bond-era feel, just scaled down into something that wears smaller and more compact on the wrist. It still carries everything that made these great in the first place. Quartz powered, thin, easy, and built to be worn without thinking twice- just in a less common size.
Condition Report:
Case: Unpolished case shows medium to heavy scratches and indentations consistent with daily wear. Bezel has small dings throughout.
Strap/Bracelet: Original Omega stainless steel bracelet has 14 links and fits a wrist size of 6.5" or smaller. There are medium scratches, indentations and signs of wear on the bracelet and the clasp.
Dial/Crystal/Hands: Dial is in well-preserved condition with minor signs of age. Hands have light scratches and oxidation. Crystal has light scratches throughout and a small dings above 7 o'clock.
Movement: Omega Cal.1424 sets, runs and keeps accurate time without issues. All complications work as intended.
