Rolex Datejust 41 Watch

Our Perspective: 

As vintage lovers and frequent advocates of smaller case sizes, we rarely find ourselves reaching for a 41mm Datejust over the traditional 36mm. That being said, this 126xxx Datejust 41 quickly won us over once it was on the wrist. Compared to earlier generations, the proportions are noticeably improved, with slimmer lugs and a more refined bezel that gives the watch a clean and balanced feel while wearing larger at the same time.

The real highlight, though, is the dial. Mother of pearl with diamond hour markers was one of the most striking options Rolex offered for this reference, and it is currently no longer available in the current catalog, making examples like this especially appealing. Paired with a rose gold fluted bezel, stainless steel case, and two tone bracelet, the watch feels elegant and versatile, working just as naturally dressed up in a suit as it does worn casually in jeans and a t-shirt.

Condition Report:

Very good unpolished condition. Case shows signs of wear including medium scratches and indentations throughout. Unpolished bezel retains its sharp flutes and has small dings and medium scratches. Bracelet is short 2 links and shows medium scratches and signs of wear. Crystal, dial and hands are in pristine condition. Movement is clean and runs to Rolex specs, with a 5-position average of -1.2 S/D | 240° AMP | 0.1MS BE. Watch comes with it's original box, warranty card dated 2022, green chronometer tag, and 2x manuals.
