The Ikepod Art Series was created to blur the line between contemporary art and watchmaking, bringing the work of established artists directly onto the wrist. Rather than simply decorating a dial, the series transformed each watch into a wearable piece of art, with the dial serving as a canvas for original compositions and iconic scenes. Housed in the brand's signature pebble-shaped stainless steel Duopod case measuring 42mm in diameter and 16mm thick, the watch retains the futuristic, organic design language that helped make Ikepod a cult favorite among collectors and design enthusiasts.

This example features artwork by acclaimed American expressionist painter Tom Christopher, best known for his colorful and energetic depictions of New York City. The "Single Gear" scene represents a miniature interpretation of one of Christopher's existing works, personally selected under his supervision for the series. The dial captures a biker navigating through busy city streets surrounded by New York's iconic yellow taxis, bringing Christopher's vibrant urban style to the wrist. Produced as part of a highly limited series of just 37 complete three-watch sets, this watch is one of the individual pieces from that collection. Accompanied by its original box and instructions, it represents a rare and highly collectible intersection of contemporary art, industrial design, and independent watchmaking.

Case: In excellent condition with minor scratches/handling marks.

Strap/Bracelet: Original black rubber Ikepod strap and stainless steel pin buckle shows little to no signs of wear and fits a maximum wrist size of 8.5".

Dial/Crystal/Hands: Dial, hands and sapphire crystal are in near-mint condition with no signs of wear/age.

Movement: Quartz Ikepod caliber sets, runs and keeps accurate time without issues.
