The Tissot PRX originally launched in 1978, but most only know the PRX for its 2020s comeback under CEO Sylvain Dolla. When Tissot rereleased the PRX PowerMatic 80, with it's automatic movement, quick release bracelet and waffle dial, it was an immediate hit- causing waitlists and a premium in the secondhand market. Nowadays, Tissot caught up production to demand, although that doesn't mean that the watch is less desirable. For it's original retail price of just $725, it's hard to beat the PRX if you're looking for an automatic watch with nice finishing that can be worn during both sporty and dressy occasions. Luckily, it's even cheaper on the secondhand market, making it an offer that's impossible to pass up.
