Two-Tone Cartier Panthère Small Watch

Our Perspective:

The Panthère de Cartier has been popular since it's release in the 80s. In fact, it has been worn by the likes of Princess Diana, Madonna and Charlie Sheen. The Panthère comes in mini, small, medium and large/jumbo sizes, this example is the classic small model which measures 22x30mm (lug-to-lug). This model was designed to be dainty on the wrist, blurring the line between watch and jewelry.

This watch is executed in two-tone stainless steel and real 18k yellow gold and features the two-row gold and steel bracelet, giving it a slightly dressier and more refined presence than full steel examples. The silver grained dial has aged beautifully, developing a soft and even cream hue, and is accented by blued steel hands, Roman numeral hour markers, and the discreet Cartier signature hidden at 10 o’clock. 

Chic, elegant, and unmistakably Cartier, the small Panthère remains the most timeless and wearable configuration of the model, offering iconic design with subtle character that only comes from age and thoughtful execution.

Condition Report:

Excellent overall condition. Watch received a full $1000+ Cartier service (including a new crown and hands) and a refinish in 2026. Small polished-over dings remain on bezel, but aren't noticeable. Dial shows minimal signs of aging near edges. Caseback shows minor signs of wear. Watch sets, runs and keeps accurate time without issues. 

Bracelet has little to no stretch and has a total of 17 links and fits a maximum wrist size of 6.5".
