The 1990s Cartier Vendôme Ref. 81913 is an interesting interpretation of the brand's classic round dress watch, combining the shape of the ronde with design elements more commonly associated with the Santos. Its two-tone construction pairs a 27mm stainless steel case and integrated bracelet with an 18K yellow gold bezel and gold screw accents throughout. The exposed screws give the watch a more industrial appearance, while the rounded case and slim profile retain the understated elegance Cartier is known for.

The highlight of this example is its unusual grey "Ghost" dial, a minimalist design free from hour markers or numerals, with only two simple gold hands and a subtle Cartier signature. The muted grey finish contrasts beautifully with the yellow gold bezel, while the integrated two-tone bracelet ties the entire design together. It's a less commonly encountered variation of the Vendôme that offers a distinctive alternative to the traditional white Roman numeral dials typically associated with Cartier.

Case: Watch has been previously polished and regularly worn with medium scratches and indentations throughout.

Strap/Bracelet: Original Cartier screw bracelet and deployant clasp show medium scratches and indentations throughout. Bracelet has 17 links and fits a maximum wrist size of 6".

Dial/Crystal/Hands: Dial is in well-preserved condition with minimal signs of age throughout. Sapphire crystal has minor scratches and small chips throughout.

Movement: Quartz Cartier caliber keeps accurate time. There is occasional slight resistance when setting the time via the crown, though it remains fully functional.
