The 4713A is a reference that is rarely seen in the market today (seriously we can't find a single one). Adding to its scarcity, is the original gloss black dial, a color seldom found on vintage Vacheron Constantin watches. If that wasn't enough, the watch also comes with its original accessories from over 75 years ago. To put this into perspective, it was sold at a retail price of $420 USD, equivalent to around $5,500 in today's value. Its curved lugs add a sculptural element to an otherwise understated piece, elevating it to the next level.
Condition Report:
Very Good vintage condition. Case appears to be unpolished with sharp and deep hallmarks on 9 o'clock side and lug and shows minor signs of wear. Acrylic crystal shows faint scratches throughout. Original gloss black dial and text is in near-perfect condition. Movement is clean and running strong. Strap has been replaced. Unbranded 14K Yellow Gold buckle. Watch comes with it's original Box, original papers, original brass movement tag and watch tag.
